You know that this isn't true. This customer got really upset when I told him that the owner of the property would not accept any pets which included cats. He said he could leave it behind but in our experience that just doesn't happen. This guy got really angry and in the end he ended the telephone conversation. To be honest, the way that he behaved I am so pleased that we did not take him as a tenant.
